Order Tracking System

No need to call or email about when your order will arrive, our turn around times are generally 2-3 weeks from the date for which the order was paid for in full.  If you have paid for your order and it has been longer than 21 calendar days feel free to reach out to us via email or a phone call to have us update you on the status or reason for any delay.  All other inquiries will have a default response of waiting the 2-3 week time frame we advertise. 

The process of sublimating custom apparel is somewhat complicated.  There are very intricate details that have to be closely monitored from the time your order is processed until the order ships out to you.  We know how exciting it can be to “show up and show out” in your fresh gear but please try to remember this before calling to check on the status of your order.  If you’re  calling us asking about an order that has not exceeded the 21 days listed above we are not going to have any other information other than it has not past our projected time frame for delivery. 

In some cases, we know you are very pressed for time.  If you know going into the process you will need your order in hand before the 2-3 week standard turn around times we HIGHLY suggest that you pay for the RUSH delivery service that we offer.   The cost of this is a minimum of $150 or 15% of the total order you are needing rushed.
